Capitol Treasure is a main quest in High School Story. Washington D.C. is the destination. Some of the Warren grant was used to send delegation of students for a conference. Upon check in at the hotel, they found a book entitled The Baker's Guild. They decided to visit all places mentioned in the book. Let the treasure hunt begin.
